Celsius Update - IMPORTANT

There have been lots of changes going on in the legal action against Celsius and their Chapter 11 bankcruptcy process.

For a time it looked as though the Creditors (us) wouldn't need to individually file actions, however as I write this, this has changed and the courts are asking all creditors to file proof of claims. This will be a bit of a nightmare if it stands - but at the moment we are waiting on an update (coming April 18th) which will outline what we need to do.

I am organising this call the day after that announcement so that we can collectively discuss what needs to be done, whether a lawyer is needed, or whether they are accepting that every creditor claiming individually will be ridiculous and so they will organise a collective filing.
